Clinique New Skin-Changer
Clinique was all mysterious in their recent media launch as nothing was mentioned in the invitation except words like “Biggest product launch” and “Skin Changer”. They got me wondering for days! And true enough, it was one of their most exciting product! Instead of their lotions or cosmetics, they are launching their home cleansing device – a dermatologist developed, Swiss engineered cleansing innovation that will transform skin. I have to admit that I just got one cleansing brush from another brand because of it’s relatively cheap price as most of the cleansing brushes were priced at $200 and UP. I don’t really go for device like this nor exfoliating the…

Discount at Mellben!
One of my top seafood places in Singapore is none other than Mellben Seafood. I am saying this not because I am a good friend/sister of the boss’s son but because of their delectable Butter Crabs and Claypot Beehoon!! Friends on my facebook would know that I often check into Mellben Signature (which is also another branch from Ang Mo Kio’s Mellben Seafood). I like to bring my parents and friends there for birthdays and gatherings. This is an alternative to the outlet in AMK because they accept reservations and you can save the time on queuing. The dishes and prices are exactly the same. Now, you can quote “MAYBELINE”…

Jamco Optical at Katong
Yeap, William and me were part of Rocco’s campaign. So after picking our favourite pair of Rocco eyewear, we went to Jamco Optical for the lenses! Bryan from Jamco generously sponsored us LotuTec lenses – the ultimate surface coating for ZEISS lenses. LotuTec is the AR coating that you can find in ZEISS plastic lenses. LotuTec passed the heat exposure and salt water test. Not only that, a razor blade was used to make incisions in the base lens but there was no signs of coating detachment and displayed excellent resistance. Now, here we are, outside Katong Shopping Center! The exact address is 865 Mountbatten Road #B1-15, Katong Shopping Centre…

Nespresso – Inissia
I am a huge huge huge huge huge huge coffee addict and I must must must must must drink coffee before I start my day otherwise I would feel grumpy and weird. I think this addiction probably came from my dad and he has to use the Nespresso machine every morning before work. If we run out of capsules, he would get coffee elsewhere. Now for the breaking news – Nespresso has another new machine – Inissia! The highly functional machine is only weighing at 2.4kg, being the lightest in the Nespresso range. Though small, this sleek machine also produces the same high quality coffee as it features all of…

Weekend Staycation at Holiday Inn Express
This is my third time doing a hotel staycation but first sponsored staycation. Weekends staycations are the cheapest alternative to a holiday. I was having an extremely busy week but with much thanks to HolidayInn Express, I get to chill and relax the weekends away in Holiday Inn Express at Clarke Quay! I have to work on Saturdays so I was very much looking forward to the post work activities. James picked me and TC from our workplace and OFFFFFFFFF to the land of laughters. The check-in process was kinda fast as it took the staff only 5 minutes. The staffs at the reception area was all chirpy and friendly! The guy…

Summer Party’s Necessities
Summer is here! Are you ready for it? What is your summer must-have other than beach wear and sun dresses? Do remember to take care of your hair, skin and body when you’re enjoying yourself at the beach. Apply sunblock, moisturize the skin and the scalp! Let me introduce you some of the latest products from Tsubaki, Senka and Aqualabel. Closer friends know that I WILL NEVER step out of my house without sunblock (unless I am supposed to go for some skin related consultation or facial). Sunblock is basically my necessity. It is more important than applying make up on my face. I use all kind of sunblock, from…

Food Junction
Coffee shops or hawkers have a very big role in our lives. We spend more meals there than visit the restaurants in our daily lives. Good and cheap food are not hard to find. All you have to do is to open your ears, listen to the raves and try it out yourself. Have you also realized that the Food Junction at Bugis function is now Tast Junction? The new Food Junction has also adopted the concept of an art market, endeavouring to be the first food hub that promotes good food, comfort and the appreciation of art in perfect unison. They serve nostalgic yet popular signature like traditional brown toasts…
