EHA Skincare

Spent the last Friday night hanging out with MFP and the rest of the beauty bloggers you see in the picture below.

It was the launch of EHA Skincare stand alone store located at Shaw Centre.

Address: 1 Scotts Road, Shaw Centre #03-28 Singapore 228208

EHA skincare line are made in Japan and the products are formulated specially for Asians due to the humidity and sensitivity of our skin. The friendly staffs there brought us through the range they carry and explained to use which products might be suitable for our skin. People with sensitive or congested skin can also use them.

For me, they recommended me the EHA Moisturizing Gel and EHA Sunshield 24 hr.

For James, they recommended him the EHA Gentle Exfoliating Gel and Acne Clear.

Let me bring you through some of the products:

First up, the EHA Moisturizing Gel ($88). This product is amazing! It appears to be gel at first and as you tap it, water droplets will start to form. The texture is very watery and non-greasy. Apply it before your foundation and the application of the foundation will seemingly be smoother and last longer.

Evening Primrose extract was also added in for anti-oxidant and whitening effect, seaweed extract for moisturizing and whitening, plant collagen and protein for deep hydrating and anti-aging effects. Basically, it is an all rounder. It takes care of all your skin concern.

Next up is my FAVOURITE. I tried this with James and we loved it. Our skin looked brighter and felt cleaner instantly. This is none other than the Gentle Exfoliating Gel ($68). It is said to reduce pigmentation and skin discoloration and it can maximize your skin’s ability to absorb the other nutrients that comes along. Basically a good prep for your skin.

I love how it gets rid of old keratin, dead cells while keeping the skin fresh and clean. Evening Primose oil was also added into the gel.

The staff thought James had oily skin and some parts of his face looked like acnes are going to pop up as it was red that night. But the guy had dry skin as well. So dry that they peel quite often so we were quite afraid of Acne Clear drying up his skin further.

All the staff there recommended this! Their popular EHA Sunshield 24hr ($98) because many of the sunscreens sold in the market today make use of chemical filters to block out the harmful rays and they are only effective in blocking some of the rays. But EHA Sunshield 24hr is said to be able to block more rays by 99% for a period of 24 hours with just one application :O

The ingredient also prevents spot generation and keep the skin cool and resistant against sunburn. The sunshield is so safe even small children can also use it.

Other products they carry are EHA Whitening Eye Cream, EHA Restore (for anti-aging properties) and more. You can also find other popular brands like Bioderma there as well.

I found a picture of myself with Xinyi but I missed out taking pictures of my dear sugar using my camera! :(((((

Anyway, I am avoiding all pictures until my eye recover from the eye infection 🙁

We enjoyed the catch up and the walk through nonetheless. Remember, EHA Skincare is only exclusively available at Shaw Centre! 🙂
