Review of Scalp Treatment by Chez Vous Hair Salon
As some of you guys have already noticed, I have changed salon! As much as I do miss the last one, I certainly feel privileged working with this extremely underrated Luxury Hair Salon in Singapore : Chez Vous Hair Salon. Located in the heart of Orchard Road (Ngee Ann City, #05-05), this at least 2 decade old salon does not look anywhere near ancient. In fact, it is looking ever more stunning as time flies which only reflect how well they fare through times. Exterior of Salon If not for this intriguing display wall of hair products & brightly coloured hands, I would have mistaken it for a chic-looking café? You must be wondering…

Sneakers Classroom Fashion with Converse
Classroom and sneakers, they go very well together don’t they? Who would have ever thought that the shoes we used to hate to wear to school is the current trend now? We visited a good friend’s place and started camwhoring away. Thank you Converse for sending them over. No wonder everyone goes crazy over Chuck Taylor II. It is comfortable as hell!

ASUS ZenFone Zoom’s Camera Review
This is my FINAL and the MOST important post for the ASUS ZenFone Zoom! This is because I will not only share but also do a comparison on its unique selling feature: the 13MP rear-facing camera with 10-element Hoya 3x zoom lenses and Optical Image stabilization to deliver that good DSLR-like images! From a technical perspective, I must say it is pretty fascinating viewing how this “built-in” lenses work its magic on my lifestyle photos! Why “built-in”? This is because you will never see the lenses leave its protective housing when you are doing a zoom in! If you take a deep stare into the lenses, you could actually see the lenses moving into place to give you up to 3x optical zoom!…

Arteastiq – Launch of New ‘High-Tea Set’ & ‘4-Course Dinner’
For those who frequent Mandarin Gallery & enjoy exhibiting their artistic flair over a nice cup of Tea, ‘Arteastiq’ should sound very familiar to you. If it doesn’t, you have probably missed out on the best Boutique Tea lounge in Singapore where you get to appreciate both concepts of Art and Tea at the same time! As much as M & I would love to pit our artistic talent against each other at the Art Jam Studio (situated right next to the Tea House), that night certainly wasn’t the best night for that! This is because we had an EVEN MORE interesting agenda installed for us: the ‘Arteastiq’s Menu Launch’ which comprised of an all new ‘High-Tea Set’ & a ‘4-Course Dinner’! While waiting for…

Re-VOL-ution of 5 Door Hatch – Volvo V40 Car Review
New fun and vigor was DRIVEN into our recent weekend courtesy of Wearnes Automotive! In a nutshell, we “traded” our cars for perhaps one of the most fun-to-drive and sleekest-looking hatches in the market now! Why Cars Matter to Both of US To close friends & family, they know what a car truly means to US despite the hefty COE hurdle. This is because of the interminable commitments we hold from our own full time work to attending back-to-back lifestyle events peppered across the island after work. This continues on even during our ‘free’ time on weekends. In fact for my job as a Business lead, I need to travel frequently on a daily basis to hold important business discussions around town. Because of all these commitments, personal…

JamesnMaybel’s Bali Adventure Trip with Casio FR100
If 2016 is a 365 page book, I would think JamesnMaybel has already penned down an exciting first chapter by being part of Casio’s Project: To review their latest FR100 camera in Bali! But before I begin, let us set three important disclaimers. One to fully credit the pictures & another to prove our objectivity in reviewing this camera. 1)All photos are NOT edited (aka #nofilter in IG term) & FULLY taken with the Casio FR100. 2)No payment nor sponsorship of FR100 was exchanged for this project. 3)All opinions are made solely based on our own experience – JamesnMaybel. With that said, now you are all set to click your way through this post as though you…

Le Spa Weekend Indulgence
Sponsored Statistics have recently shown that Singapore topped the chart for being world’s most emotionless society and a survey even went ahead to reveal that nearly 9 in 10 Singaporeans are working beyond their official hours. Because of that, i have always been thankful for this very thing called: SPA. This time around we were invited to one called Le Spa. Couldn’t be more thankful to be able to loosen ourselves at this new spa place. Le Spa is a 24 hour spa that is open daily (even on Public holidays). They have a few branches around Singapore. The one we visited nestles within the neighbourhood of Bukit Timah (16A Chun…
