Had always felt that high neck clothes with revealing shoulders are flattering.

De-Stylez has kindly sent me this Sabrina Colour Contrast Romper in Turquoise
(also available in Coral).
I like rompers because they have this ability to create a look that is neither too formal yet not too casual.
This romper also elongates the leg because of the shorts which only ends at the upper thigh area.
 
For me,  I would definitely wear this romper out for shoppings or movies (probably top it off with a cardigan). 
Also, due to the nature of the colour, it gives off a slightly summer feel, which is, yes, SINGAPORE.
365 days of summer.
 
Tadah. Ready to head out with only a longchamp back.
Don’t even have to think of what top/pants to with it.

This is also one of my favourite piece. Love pastel/light colours clothings.

Juliet Bow Tie Lo-Back Dress in Light Yellow.
I really had a hard time deciding on the colour for this dress because they had Sky Blue, Apricot and Pink as well. Yes, all the cute colours.
De-Stylez is really honest with the clothes they sell because they specifically mentioned that “Light yellow may appear sheer under strong lights, nude undergarments advised” in the page. 

Not all online shops do that, they would probably just keep mum about it. 

Suitable for a picnic! Pssst, the catch is at the back!

 
I couldn’t help but match this dress with various sweet bags that I could find on my shelves.

Sovelle was newly opened just months ago and they have been rocking really well!

Other than just apparels (which majority of the online stores focuses on), Sovelle focuses on accessories more than apparels. They have a wide range of them from necklaces to earrings, to wrist wear (my current craze) to rings and finally to apparels.

It was really difficult for me to choose what I want because they had simply TOO MANY designs. And considering the fact that I would be wearing lesser of accessories due to work restrictions, I went to pick apparels instead.

I can’t really step out of my house without a watch since Secondary days and I enjoy buying watches. I shop for dainty girly watches as well as big, manly watches. As my profile in My Fat Pocket has already said, I am a chameleon of sort. I can be really girly and really boyish. It all depends on my mood.

Recently, I was introduced to Aries Gold. I have personally seen bloggers blogging about it and my love at first sight was their watches in rose gold. I practically love all of them as it really isn’t easy to look for a rose gold watch anywhere. They are always Gold, Silver, or Black. DULL. I have quite a handful of silver/black watches myself.

Aries Gold, a Switzerland brand was designed and built to last. The watches are coupled with fashion elements and Swarovski elements for female watches.

One unique point of this watch is that IT IS REALLY AFFORDABLE. Why do I say so? Because of their quality. The glass on the clock face is made of Scratch Proof Sapphire Crystals and the straps are solid stainless steel (which gives them some weight and your heart some assurance) instead of the hollow steel.

Any watch with such quality could easily cost you at least $400 and above. But for Aries Gold, the range is mostly between $199 to $328 (WITH ADDITIONAL 30% DISCOUNT RIGHT NOW). So one watch would only cost you $140 and above?

They have a wide variety catering to meet the targeted age group of 21 to 35.

Shall we take a look at some of my favourite pieces first?

I was given a piece of my choice to keep but they were all too pretty that I had no idea which to pick. Totally. I just felt like I want everything.

Take a look at this series, you can change the frame anytime you want. Both the plain and the Swarovski crystals frame are included.

This was actually rose gold in colour but I guess the flash was too bright. And this was what attracted me first when I saw the picture on their Facebook page.

The pair below doesn’t allow you to change the frame ring but it has it’s own beauty as well.

Other than female watches, they also design a variety of men’s watches.

You can have it sporty or classy.

After looking at more than a hundred designs of watches, I have decided on a men’s watch. YES. I didn’t expect myself to give up on the female designs either. I thought I would go back with a female rose gold watch.

I wanted this design in Dark brown instead of black (with the rose gold steel as design). But that colour is already sold out island wide!! And I would have to wait for months if I really want it. Some designs are really so popular that they had already restocked it more than a couple of times.

You can also match it with a tea party dress. Don’t be afraid that it would be too loud. It’s the combination of sweetness and masculine that makes you look sophisticated. You could also stand out from the common crowd.

Mix and Match – That’s my point.

I actually have a very very very small wrist (but it looks big in pictures). They are so small that they are no bigger than a Primary school kid’s wrist. No Joke! As usual, even the minimum would be too big for me. The team helped me shorten it all the way (probably by removing some of the parts that were not supposed to be removed) within a day and sent it over the next day.

Aries Gold made me their fan with all the top quality pretty watches!

I went to their retail outlet and got another Men’s watch! (I also reserved another female watch in rose gold as they had no stock for the designed I wanted when I was there) I might just end up with only more and more watches.

The good thing about them is that they list down their model’s height and sizes so that you can gauge if you can fit into their clothes. Thoughtful yea? You can prevent buying oversized or undersized clothes this way.

I had a hard time picking my choices as well but I ended up with a hot red tank dress because it was quite similar to the dress on top and I don’t think I have and red dress as hot as this.

The material was also comfy and stretchy.
This dress is not in the latest collection but they have this in nude as well!
This was initially my first choice but I wanted to have a fairer effect 🙂
Yeap, you can cheat by wearing darker or louder clothes to look fairer!

I also got this A lined Midi Skirt (Light Blue) for myself!
I love how feminine one can look with this.

I am still searching for a similar top like hers to match the skirt!

It is not everywhere where you will be able to find high waist bikinis, even if you do, you won’t find quality as good as these.

This is my current favourite design because it is available in different colours combination and I love how simple it looks, but then again, with a slight twist of difference. Something not too loud or boring.

They have twisted bands bikinis in different prints as well (and different colors).

Well, if you still find them too loud, you can go for the simple bikini with little designs. This is available in a lot of different colours too!

This set has a lifting effect. LOL.

Do you know that Jill Stuart is only available at Isetan Scotts?

They have just launched their Spring Summer 2013 collection and yours truly was present at the launch.

This collection is filled with lace and florals which is what Jill Stuart is famous for.

“I make clothes I want to wear. It’s trendy, but not crazy. It’s feminine and sexy for women to be lady like, and it’s pretty, easy to wear, reasonable in price. This is the main concept for my clothes.” – Jill Stuart

The white top that the pretty model was wearing inside is priced at $199 and made of 75% Rayon and 25% Silk. The material made it sound so comfortable already.

The blouse on this model is available in 3 colours at the price of $149.

The dress seen below gives me a sweet summer feel. You know I would pick floral and lace anytime.

I had always find white dress sheer which is why I don’t buy them often, but this has proven that not all white dresses are sheer.

This playsuit caught our attention that day because it was quite different from the rest that were modeled that day. Florals and lace? No. It’s leopard now yo!

Not sure about you but I love knit tops. They are probably the most comfortable wear ever. But speaking of which, sometimes it may be too warm to wear a knit top for an entire day in Singapore.

Exclusive Preview of UT POP-UP by UNIQLO

I like getting basics (for myself) and berms, jeans, tees from Uniqlo for my boyfriend.

So I was very excited when I received the invitation to UNIQLO’s UT POP-UP!

It was an evening filled with fashion, music and fun when UNIQLO officially launched UT POP-UP! Singapore to near 300 guests, consisting of members of the media, corporate partners, VIP guests and Noise Singapore’s artists and fans.

So COOL. So ART. I like!

Held at 72-13, the two-level rice warehouse and cultural relic was transformed into a fashion and musical stage for the night, where a mega display installation of over 1,000 UTs in 400 designs took centre stage.

I literally went WOW when I entered the place and saw how the their Tees were displayed.

So lost and blind. I got 2 tees in the end. 1 for my boyfriend and the other one for the brother.

Performers kick-started the evening by performing live bands which captivated us :O

With audience attention rapt, Mr Albert Chew, Managing Director of UNIQLO (Singapore) Pte Ltd, delivered a speech filled with excitement about bringing UT into Singapore’s culture and lifestyle, and about the special collaboration between UNIQLO and Noise Singapore.

The emcee then introduced the local budding photographers and designers from Noise Singapore, who had collaborated with UT POP-UP! to showcase their creative works.

As local band 53A entertained guests with pop music, the excited audience browsed the various UT designs on display, while some gathered at the UT Camera Booth to take animated photos, which were then projected live.

At level 2, a wide selection of UTs were available for sale from $16.90, while special t-shirt designs by local designers from Noise Singapore were displayed for purchase at $15 each.

Guests also had fun posing at the UT Camera Booth, where their animated photos were uploaded on the global UT website.

Jacelyn was in their dress. Simple and comfortable dress to cater to the humid weather in Singapore.

They were so happy with the tees that each of them got at least 4 (I think).

Levi’s 501 Interpretation at Ion Orchard

This Spring/Summer 2013 marks Levi’s 140th anniversary of its iconic 501 jeans by introducing a non-denim Levi’s 501 collection for the first time.

Breaking with tradition, yet maintaining the product’s true essence and timeless spirit, the 3 piece non-denim collection is available in true chino, chalk blue and mineral red.

To celebrate it’s 140th anniversary, they held an event at Ion Orchard with 4 celebrities namely, Felicia Chin, Xu Ya Hui, Tosh Zhang and Ian Fang.

Camwhored a bit while waiting for the event to start.

They made me look so short here. Should have worn platforms instead of flats.

Having heard Ivy Tan on 933 before, but never seen her at all, she’s so stylishhhhh!!
And she was the emcee that day.

They made their appearance by doing a catwalk on the stage and Tosh, as usual, did his signature pose. Hahahaha. He look quite friendly that day (given that his signature face is always the unhappy and cool face). But I do know that the unhappy and cool face was his “style”.

After the catwalk, they had to dress their shirtless guy up in Levi’s clothes and explain the chosen style.

The jeans that all of them are wearing are Levi’s 501 design. So which one do you like best?

After dressing up all their models, the audiences had the chance to vote for their favorite look and the winning model would go back with the full set of Levi’s apparels on him!
