One of the first few best movies I have watched this year is 12 Golden Ducks (12 金鸭)!!

For me, I had no idea what the movie was about. I know Sandra Ng (吳君如) is a damn good actress and Golden Chicken is a freaking comedy movie so I knew I had to RSVP for this movie.
When the movie started, I had no idea that the young handsome boy (during his school days) was Sandra Ng in disguise until James went “EHHH? She’s cross playing?!”
I must say that she makes a very good looking guy!!! Sandra Ng played as Future in the movie. Future has a very sweet tongue and is able to please and woo any girl since young and ever since, he lives off females and get scott-free for all the wrongs in school.

When he grew up, he became a duck….
When he finally fell in love with a girl, he got cheated of his money and feelings… and flew to Thailand working as an escort in a bar.
Someone finally brought him back to reality. He decided to pick himself up and return to Hong Kong…..
I don’t want to spoil your movie any further. This is a must watch in my list and I would rate this movie 4.5 out of 5 stars!!
A light-hearted comedy filled with heartwarming scenes. It is even funnier at the Thai scenes where they tried to speak Thai and a little bit of English. LOL.
Most of the casts are big-shot actors and actresses like Louis Koo, Nicholas Tse, Zhao Wei and more. FYI, Louis Koo is also one of the co-producer!!
The movie is already out in cinemas since 19 Feb 2015. Make sure you’re over 16 to watch it because it’s NC16!
