Nothing makes me happier than receiving a bag or make up products on the doorstep on a National Day!
Below is a subtle clean look that I had created using the new products! I paid for the Mac lipstick at the counter because I couldn’t resist the pink. FYI, It’s called Candy Yum Yum and retailing at $30.
I like how the skin glows even with light foundation and I went light on the eyeliner because the K-Palette 1 Day Tattoo Real Lasting Eyeliner was only 0.05mm thin!!!
It always me to draw really fine lines and dries almost instantly. It also contain 3 types of beauty essence – Hyaluronic Acid NA, Swertia Japonica essence and Water soluble collagen to moisturize the skin around the eye area.
My verdict: It dries fast and no touch up was needed even after 12 hours of staying outdoors. The only problem is that it tends to smudge around the eye area after 3-4 hours. But this could be due to my oily eyelids as well. Nonetheless, a good product in creating subtle define lines.
Another latest product from K-palette is the Style Keep Base where it helps your curl your lashes without having to invest a great deal of time of effort! Employing the use of latest comb shape in Japan, the triangle comb keeps your eyelashes curled and it also contains beauty ingredients to protect, strengthen and grow the eyelashes.
Apply it before your mascara. It works well with any mascara. I have tried it on different brands but I think it works best with their 1 Day Lash Perm Volume Curl Mascara.
The mascara itself already has the perming effect as it contains acrylates polymer, a curl-keep-polymer that enables eyelashes to curl instantly, allowing the curl to last the entire day.
As I don’t fancy sticking falsies that often, I would use this for a bigger eye look on days where I want to look dressy.
The inner curve sweeps the lashes in an upward curl to add volume while the shorter brush bristles enhances the volume effect.
I also had BB Cream on my face for the look above and it is none other than Zero Tema BB Cream (SPF30 PA++++) from K-Palette as well!
It has a creamy texture but the formula is quite gentle to the skin as it does not contain artificial fragrances, organic dye or mineral oil in the cream. Having said that, the BB cream is also suitable for people with oily skin as it is able to block out oil-based ingredients from coming into direct contact with the skin, hence, minimizing the stress to the skin.
Moisturize as you apply your makeup because it also contains beauty essence filled formula like hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed collagen and trisodium ascorbyl palmitate phosphate that penetrates deep into the skin to keep it hydrated.
The BB cream was the cause of the glow on my face because it contains pearl powder!
