Singapore is one hell of a food paradise! If there is one reason that I should give to explain why I love Singapore, other than the security here, it is definitely the food!! (I seriously hate the weather here though!!!)
1st in my list would be the CHILLI CRABS! Which Singaporean doesn’t love Chilli Crabs???
Followed by Mellben Signature’s Claypot beehoon!! Oooooops, another crab.
I love the Hokkien Mee we have in Singapore toooooooooo!!! The old Boon Lay Marketplace has very nice hokkien mee! My dad loves it!
& my mom’s favourite. She likes it black while I prefer it white. Fried Carrot Cake!!
Lastly, the yum yum sambal stingray!
