Miam Miam Promotions

Not my first, second or third time at Miam Miam! Although I had already went twice for food tasting for different promotions/launch, but I am still going back for more. I would gladly suggest this place to my colleagues/ friends after work. All in the name of love – love for their food!!

Read previous visit here.

People often complain that the waiting time is long, but on second thoughts, have you ever wondered why? It is because their food are served hot and fresh. They are cooked only after you placed your orders. Frankly speaking, I would rather wait for hot food than some food that was left on the stove (waiting to be served).

As you can see, smiles were still on the faces after waiting. Well, it was not exactly that long, probably 15-20 minutes of waiting time?

Clam Chowder.

Anything with eggs is niceeeee!! Souffle De Nauge ($15.50). It’s so flufffffffffy I am going to die!! Fluffy Egg, Cheese and baked rice at the bottom!

Riz Au Curry ($15.50). The big boys loved this. Do not let the word “curry” intimidate you cause the curry they used are from Japan.

As compared to the rice, I would prefer their pasta more because of the chewiness. Their noodles are doused in boiling water and cooked for EXACTLY 7.5 minutes to achieve the perfect bite and that elusive al dente texture.

I have tried countless restaurants and some pastas can be really expensive but none of them gave me the texture that Miam Miam can give. This is also why I am always going back to them for more.

Their Signature Pasta is Miam Miam Spaghetti ($15.80) which you see in the picture below.

Squid Ink Pasta ($16.80).

I think I have already mentioned countless times about my favourite. The Carbonara ($15.80)!! Their carbonara is slightly different because the texture is more watery than creamy, which makes it better. I don’t like creamy pasta because you can get so damn sick after a few mouthful. The raw yolk in the middle should be mixed with the sauce so that you will get a more flavourful taste!

Miam Miam has one of the best french toast in town!! I had this the other time I went there for dinner as well! It was so good that I have to sing it out~ Songs are the best way to describe one’s feelings! Haha.

Chocolate Molleaux (9.80).

They are also having a Soccer Caffeine Rush promotion right now.

With every food ordered, you can just top up another $2 for a Coffee / Tea and Matcha! I loveeeee their Matcha. They uses only Grade 1 Matcha which has intensive flavors and velvety textures.

This promotion is available every Monday to Friday from 2.30pm to 5.30pm (except eve of PH and PH). The promotion is limited to 2 drinks at promotional price per transaction.
