The temperature just kept increasing yesterday.

It is so hard for people to even fall sick for once in a year but I seems to fall sick every month. I need more than just pills(vitamins) to build up my immune system.

Acute pharyngitis.
I just diagnosed myself with this with the experience I had from nursing. The symptoms yesterday were insufficient to show what I am suffering from till I woke up today. I feel the sharp pain whenever I swallow something. Even saliva 🙁

I hope I’ll recover by tonight because I wanna go for FYP tmr. I hate the feeling of missing out a lab session for FYP. Guilty :/
