I take a lot of supplements on a daily basis from my Vitamin pills to Iron tablets. I was also previously taking Heliocare Sun Capsules previously. However, I have recently shifted from Heliocare Oral Capsules to Heliocare Purewhite Radiance Max 240 because I am getting married and I want that extra radiance to shine on my big day.
It is recommended to take 1 tablet of Heliocare Purewhite Radiance Max 240 in the morning and 1 at night but honestly, I can get a little busy in the evening from my work & events so there are days where I consumed 2 tables at one go in the morning (right after breakfast).
