LTA’s reply :

The “pothole” mentioned was found to be within the trench area that had been reinstated by the contractor of Singapore PowerGrid after their trenching work.

As the case is currently under investigation, LTA will take appropriate action against the contractor if it had indeed failed to comply with the conditions and requirements.
