I like to relate my own experiences to my reviews to make it more convincing but honestly, I am just speaking from real experiences.
Back when I was a student, I did teeth whitening at various clinics and I even bought take-home-kits and they were REALLY expensive. Think of it this way, how many months do I have to save to be able to afford teeth whitening? 🙁
I need teeth whitening at least once a year because I am a HEAVY coffee/tea drinker. I can never survive a day without at least 2-3 cups of coffee. That’s the bare minimum!

- Start by repping your teeth using a Pre-treatment Swab
- Form the whitening trays by – Simply placing the trays in hot water for about 5-7 seconds, then gently place them onto your teeth, pressing and holding with your fingers to form the shape around your teeth. Wait for it to cool and you’re done! 😀
- Fill the trays with 0.5ml of peroxide-free whitening gel
- Smile, fit the trays to your teeth and place the LED device in front of your teeth
- Rinse trays and mouth 10 minutes later
- SMILE TO YOURSELF IN FRONT OF THE MIRROR!
Here’s me after my first usage! As you can see, my coffee stains are slightly lesser and my teeth looks visibly whiter! Yay! I am so going to keep using it until I get my desired shade.
