My vain pot journey in 2014

Looking back at 2014, I was really such a vain pot!

I did Milia seeds removal, Fillers, Botox, Ultherapy, Chemical peel and facial at Halley Medical Aesthetics.

From a square face filled (not exactly filled but I gotta admit that I have quite a fair bit of them) with oil seeds to a sharper and brighter face with fairly good skin.

Achieving good skin and skin problem-free isn’t that easy. It took me almost a year. Almost.. Money well spent that is. This is also why I believe in “money can somehow help one to boost his/her confidence”.

Of course, treatments alone is not sufficient. We need beauty products to help us maintain the skin after every treatment. I switch/rotate brands a lot because I have to review them. What stays loyal (most of the time) with me are products from Hada Labo, SK-II, Laneige, Belif and more.

The treatments done at Halley can help my skin absorb the nutrients and goodness from the products even more than no treatments done. Therefore, it takes two hands to clap – To activate, and to maintain.

Other than the face, the hair experiences at Black Hair Salon (my hair sponsor) are damn good as well! I have nothing but thumbs up for them. No words can describe the services!!

My hair used to be so dry and frizzy and they are quite hard to maintain because I have coarse hair!! No treatments or shampoo/conditioner can really help address the problem because it is in the genes.

But after getting sponsored by Black Hair Salon, the hair is very well taken care of! I visit them every once a month ever since June for colour touch up and treatments. I even did a streak of green/purple/blue (this is a huge milestone because I only stick to brown or black hair).

I think I have changed a lot from 2013 to 2014 in terms of looks although nothing much changed for the career or lifestyle part.
