Called up Jetstar to refund Adel’s TW trip. They said okay last week, all I had to do is to fax over the Cert of Death.

This week? They told me to engage a lawyer and prove my relationship with her for legal documents. Otherwise, no refund.

Air tics 2k. Lawyer 1k+. WTF is wrong with Jetstar?

Would I go and google on whoever is going on for a holiday but passed away recently and demand a refund from Jetstar? Who on earth would be so free to do that? & who on earth would dare to use the names of the dead?

SERIOUSLY????
