Dolce & Gabbana – Meet & Greet David Gandy

One of the fashion industry’s most sought after faces and the protagonist of Dolce&Gabbana’s Light Blue campaign, international model David Gandy visited the Sephora store at ION Orchard in Singapore to celebrate the heritage of the iconic Light Blue fragrance.





At the exclusive meet-and-greet session, fans got up close and personal with David Gandy and had their Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue fragrance autographed by the model.

David Gandy wore a Dolce&Gabbana navy blue 3-piece suit with notched lapels from Fall/Winter 2015-2016 collection and a classic shirt in blue cotton poplin, with Italian collar and convertible cuffs.

As for me, can I say that I am extremely lucky to be one of the few bloggers who had the opportunity to see him up close and I even took a few selfies with him.













They have a Female and Male version of Light Blue.

My thought on the fragrances:

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue for Women:





I love both versions but I personally prefer the female’s version more because it has a sparkling fruity-floral scent which reminds me of summer. I believe people who read my blog often find me leaning towards fruity floral scents.

The scent is made up of Sicilian citron, Granny Smith apple and bluebells. Feminine and resolute notes are also added with jasmine, bamboo and white rose while cedarwood, amber and musk can be found in the base notes.

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Pour Homme:





Like the version for women, Pour Homme also have a citrus aroma but it has a more masculine scent.

The scent is made up of Sicilian mandarin, juniper, grapefruit and bergamot. Middle notes are rosemary, Brazilian rosewood and pepper while the masculine base notes consist of musk, oakmoss and incense.
