What is a girl’s party without cosmetics?

Thank you Givenchy Singapore and 37comms for the invitation to the party! It was love at first sight for me when I saw lipsticks on Instagram posted by all the beauty bloggers!! But at the event, I got to try out more of Givenchy’s cosmetics as well!





This bottle of eau demoiselle de Govenchy Eau Florale is a beauty. It retails at $100/50ml and $140/100ml. The emblematic bottle encases a very mild pink liquid which makes refined femininity.

The fresh, fruity floral scent is a tribute to the wild rose which symbolizes sophistication mingled with romanticism and fragility.

The scent is topped off with a breath of blond wood but the musky scent remains light. Enhanced by the fruity notes of romantic pear and finished off like wild rose draped in satin musk veil.





I love fruity floral scents so this is definitely going into my favourite list. I would say that this will make a fantastic gift for your partner or friends out there.





Adding on to the Givenchy family is Teint Couture Balm Foundation ($74, right) and Teint Couture Concealer ($53, left).





Although Teint Couture Balm Foundation can give you a fresher, more radiant and sculpted with light look, the texture of Teint Couture Balm Foundation still remains light. Anything that is too thick will cause skin problems as it can cause pores to clogged up if you don’t clean it properly at the end of the day so I am delighted to find this tube of “Bare Skin Foundation” in my pouch!

With less coverage than a foundation but more correction than a BB cream and as comfortable as a skincare balm, Teint Couture Balm Foundation is available in 9 shades.





Skin tones and textures will be even out instantly with one application and last for up to 12 hours. The more amazing thing is that the foundation contains Light & Blur complex which diffuses photo luminescent particles: reflective diamond powder encapsulated in a transparent polymer that blurs way imperfections and “desaturates” dull complexions.

Other active ingredients include:

– Jasmine flower extract to protect against oxidative stress, sun’s rays and photoaging

– Hydro-captor derived from plants to hold water

– Pigments coated with amino acids to reinforce long-lasting hold

Teint Couture Concealer – The Contouring 2-in-1 Concealer.

If you can have a concealer, highlighter and contouring in one pen, why do you need three separate items?

Just a single step and you can find a beige corrective ribbon with a pink stripe of highlighter applied. A concentration of ultrafine pearlescent particles to apply to the roots of the lower lashes and illuminate the eye line. A virtuoso anti-dark circle treatment corrects and illuminates in a single step. Signs of fatigue can hide the blue color in dark circles and redness in the rims of the eyes, reduce puffiness, revives the eyes… Basically, this is more than just a concealer!
