The Face Shop Suncare (FAV!!)

Weather has been really really crazy recently and I am seriously irritated!! I don’t want any freckles or pigmentations on my face. Neither do I want skin problems cause by the harmful UV from the sun.
Sometimes I get so paranoid if sunblock is really sufficient. But seriously, what would I do without sunblock? It is the only staple thing I must have in my pouch. Even when I don’t make up, I can never do without sunblock.
Some time back, The Face Shop sent me their best selling Suncare in the cutest way!! The entire press kit was so cute! It came like a beach – literally.
I get very irritated when the sun is HOT because I perspire ALOT. And the next thing… I feel all sticky!! That is also when I hate having stuffs on my face because I just want to wipe everything away.
But The Face Shop told me to forget about the heavy and sticky sunblocks. Try their sweat and water-resistant Natural Sun Eco Sunscreens.
Green: Natural Sun Eco Sebum Control Moisture Sun SPF 40 pA+++ ($23.90)
Orange: Natural Sun Eco Power Long-Lasting Sun Cream SPF 45 Pa+++ ($28.90, lightly tinted as seen in the picture below)
I was so tempted to keep the both of them to myself but James wanted to try one so I gave him the Sebum Control one after reviewing it. He has oily skin and his skin produces oil very easily so the Sebum Control Moisture Sun SPF 40 PA+++ suits him more. It contains organic Sunflower extracts and controls excessive sebum without being too sticky or oily in texture. Texture is light as it is a gel type sun cream. I actually like the matte powdery finish a lot.
For me, the Power Long Lasting one works really well for me cause it lasts even on sweat and water. It acts as my make up base as it is slightly tinted so I can skip one step for the full make up. (HEHE!)
It doesn’t give off a powdery finish like how Sebum Control does, but it is not that oily or sticky either. Make up glides on better after applying it as well.
Look at me with only the sunscreen as base and eye/lips make up!
Yay~ I love Korean Cosmetics!! Head over to The Face Shop Outlets to try out the sunscreen yourself! 🙂
