When you hit the age of receiving wedding invitations…

When you start to receive wedding invitations at least twice a year, you know you are old. James and I have been attending them non stop for the last two years. Okay, not gonna exaggerate but we attended 5 in two years.





It’s nice but….. am I getting older and older? I used to attend them with my parents but now, I am at the age of receiving wedding dinner invitations myself 🙁

I know people are bound to say “Aiya, you are still so young bla bla bla”. But the truth is… nobody can get my age right! I am not as young as I look.

I am not sure if I am getting paranoid myself or something. I get nightmares very often lately. I am guessing it is because of what I am seeing everyday in Facebook.

I have been following a childhood friend’s pregnancy journey because it is amazing to see someone once so dear to you stepping into another stage in life. And because I have been following too much, and I am not a very kid-person, I get a lot of nightmares like not being able to sleep throughout the night, flabby tummy and so much more.

You may think that I am exaggerating but I even find myself waking up with tears in my eyes. Holy shit. What has aging done to me. I think I might sink into depression if I get pregnant after marriage. Hahaha. So it’s no joke when they say Mothers are the best.
