There are many things a couple can do together eg. food tasting, exercising, travelling so on and so forth. But this couple activity here is definitely a novelty to many out there as how it is for us: Doing a Detox regime together!

Just like every car need servicing every 10km to rid off black residue in the engine oil, our ‘human engine’ needs to rid off toxins! Now let me kickstart my experience with them!

Prior to the actual cleanse, we met up with our pretty “Cleanse Manager” aka Jolin where we were asked to share our individual end result for this detox program. For me, it was more for cleanse & slimming. For M, it was to substantiate her lack of vegetable in her meals. I like the fact that they took the trouble to look into our own target and tailor fit the most appropriate juice cleanse to help us achieve it!

Meeting was almost hassle-free. It ended with us simply indicating our location for delivery & the day to start our 3-Day Daily Juice Cleanse which also comes in 1-Day and 5-Day pack!

So these came to our doorsteps promptly at the stated time! Well-preserved in cool temperature within the cooler bags. Each bag holds a day worth of Juices! How many?

This many! 6 500ml bottles (4 juices, 1 smoothie & 1 non-dairy Nut Mylk) for one day!

I was quite intrigued by the difference names, packaging, taste, texture and colour of each bottle! They also come with their own unique functions too. Take for instance, the ‘Bunny Brown Nut Mylk’ (one of my favourite of all) contains raw cacoa, cinnamon & almond nut mylk. It has a rich chocolaty taste and smoothie-like texture! This one helps with improving heart function, suppressing appetite and is even a mild aphrodisiac *wink* ><

Here’s me taking a different kind of “Hot Shower” in the morning as my 1st Day starts!

Having a wide variety of interesting flavours is definitely not their only unique selling point. The other USP is them being ‘Cold-Pressed’!

By being ‘Cold-Pressed’, their juices retain more nutrients compared to those being squeezed out of a centrifugal juicer using high speed blade that suck in air and generate heat. Thus, the heat and oxidation process destroys the nutrients! End of the day, you don’t get as much nutrients as what you paid for!

How do the Daily Juice do it differently? They use Pressure! 4 tons of it to generate those juice without harming its goodness! Not only are they richer in nutrients by being ‘Cold-Pressed’, their juices are also richer in texture and taste which gives a fuller, cripsier taste!

Health improvement & Slimming down weren’t the only two benefits we enjoyed from this cleanse program with the Daily Juice. On an emotional level, we constructed a deeper bond via the constant encouragements for each other. I must say it was certainly not easy to get by a day without munching on any food especially for me! So, we spurred each other on for this 3 Days! We also had a good time discussing about the various different flavours we tried. It was certainly a meaningful event for a couple to go through together!

Personally, my body felt healthier & lighter for the next few days after the end of my 3 Day Cleanse! My brain seems more alert and sharper. More importantl, my regular pants felt more loose around my waistline! Subsequently, my palattes was also renewed as I start to lose appetite for regular unhealthy food. Thus, helping me reset my diet pattern!
