Hirocon – Japanese Contact Lens Specialist

Ever since my previous eye allergy, I am very fearful of trying out new lenses but thankfully, I found the right brand of lenses to use. But more often than not, I am still tempted to try out different colored contact lenses.

When I first read about Hirocon, I was tempted to do an eye check there because I can get to try on the colored lenses before buying them and I love Japanese services. Hirocon takes after Japanese way of hospitality and customer service.

We are committed to providing the highest standards in eye care for our customers, and bring to the local market the same standard of service, professionalism and hospitality that are hallmarks of Japanese culture,” says Mr Hasegawa Norifumi, Chief Executive Officer, Hirocon. “We believe that contact lenses are medical devices that require careful and professional prescription. That is why we use only the best technology, and ensure that each customer gets a detailed eye check to determine his or her eye health and contact lens suitability.”

Hirocon is a convenient one-stop specialized shop for ALL you contact lens need. The store has the largest number of lenses in stock and they carry more brands than you can think. You can also find specialized lenses for astigmatism and multifocal lenses.

Their staffs also undergo training to be experts in the field of contact lens.

Hirocon also house highly trained optometrists, some with over 15 years of experience, whom will carefully evaluate your eye health, internal and external ocular health on top of the normal current vision and best-corrected vision. They are best in spotting eye-related issues and specializes in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases and visual disorders.

Where else can you find such professional optometrists to conduct the eye check for you when all you want is to buy some contact lens? By the way, they also specializes in children’s vision care under the age of seven years old.

If all you want is eye checks and not lenses, pop by anytime for some eye examination if you think the wait or queue elsewhere is too long. I will still recommend you to call for an appointment to avoid disappointment though.

I was first brought into the eye test room where a series of comprehensive eye checks were conducted.

I have slightly bigger pupils so there are some brands that I can’t wear and I never knew about it. I used to buy them and thought the ring or misty feel at the corner of my eyes are normal due to colored lenses. Luckily, I got my eyes checked and my eyes are in pink of health.

I have the urge to go back to grey lenses so I switched from my current brand – SEED to some other brands but the diameter was too small for me 🙁 See, with the opportunity to try the lenses first, this will save me some money from buying lenses that do not fit.

I STRONGLY recommend Hirocon if you are going to stock up some contact lenses or if you are new to contact lens.

Remember, your eyes are some previous gems. Be safe.
