One of my FAVOURITE way to spend the first 1-1.5hours of my TGIF after work would be to visit Shou Slimming! Why so? I get a good rest, a better figure with greater confidence to enjoy my weekend ahead!
So once again, I am back to another round of treatment @ One Raffles Place. Unfortunately, the piling events from M’s calendar have taken up some of my treatment time slots such that I was unable to stick to the ideal treatment schedule of once a week eg. And if you were to ask me how was the feeling of this whole process? Painful / Painless?
Let this picture below tell you the thousand words I wish to convey about the comfort level. Apparently, there are a few levels of electrical pulse wave for you to choose from. For me, I have always been adventurous so I chose the HIGHEST, not to mention higher also mean more effective! For this, I would say you will feel a tinge of “someone-constricting-your-fats” kinda feeling buit it is definitely far from those unbearable discomfort !
Well, at least I was still able to sleep during the process despite waking up once a while.

After the 1.5hr long treatment, my abs which were previously covered by fats started to surface faintly.
